You can look at therapist directories like Psychology Today or Therapy Den and adjust the search criteria to view therapists in your area who take your insurance.

I recommend Open Path Collective as a low-fee self-pay option. Therapists working on this platform provide affordable, in-office and online psychotherapy sessions between $40 and $70 and can go as low as $30 for session with a student intern.
I also recommend looking for counseling agencies or group private practices in your community (or virtually in your state) that have an internship program where counseling graduate students complete their clinical training. Typically, these practices offer a self-pay sliding scale to work with a student intern.

This is a virtual 60 min group that meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month. It is "an opportunity to decompress, meet some fellow autistics, and create whatever art you want. Some people paint, others create collages, and some make fun doodles. I will also provide prompts for those who would like some inspiration."

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured, partial-day treatment program for mental health and substance abuse issues that's more intensive than weekly sessions with a therapist but less restrictive than residential treatment.
IOPs are designed for those who need a higher level of care than weekly outpatient therapy but don't need inpatient care.
IOPs can help treat eating disorders, self-harm and suicidal ideation, addiction, or other dependencies that do not require round-the-clock supervision.
IOPs can be less disruptive for clients to manage day-to-day responsibilities because they're local. They also allow people to receive treatment while staying in school and participating in other extracurricular activities.
